Thread: Shopping from TTP

Wasn't sure where to go to ask this question, so I put it here. When purchasing items from say Newegg or ZZF, how does that work for TTP?

I mean, I already have an account with Newegg, so if I click on the link to NE from TTP, does TTP automatically get a credit for any purchases, or is there more to it than that?

I'm about to toss in the towel on my video card and replace it. Just too many problems, and the drivers aren't fixing anything. That said, I'd like to help TTP in the process, and I just don't want to fudge it up.

I'm not sure exactly how it works, but I always make sure I'm logged out of my Newegg account, close my browser, then go to the Newegg site via the TTP Shopping link and then log in. I wish there were some type of feedback to let you know you're really helping TTP, but apparently there isn't.

Typically affiliates like CJ put a cookie in your browser, so if you visit thru the TTP url it will remember it for a set amount of time, varies by affiliate. So if you click the link today, then buy something tomorrow, TTP SHOULD still get paid.
