Thread: Thank you all

I just wanted to say thank you to everyone here at TTP. It has been a tough year for me so far and it just seems to be getting worse as the year goes on.

Last Thursday, Dec. 6th, my dog died. We had taken him to the vet because he was having problems peeing and it turned out he had bladder stones. They tried to flush them out, but they were too big so they had to do surgery. They said the surgery went well and they were down, then all the sudden his heart just stopped. They don't know why and they couldn't bring him back. He was only 6 years old. :'(

I know some people might not think it's a big deal, but he was part of the family and it was a big surprise to us since we weren't expecting it.

I don't think I would have been able to get by as well as I have though without everyone here and everyone I play with on CS, 2142, and TF2. You might not know it, but just being there in the game helped. It got my mind off this and everything else that has happened just being in game with you all and hearing all your funny voices and comments to each other (especially Agent's impersonations like Bush )

Thank you all for your support and just being here. Even if you didn't know it, it really helped being here around people I know and care about, my friends and family.

We have 2 other dogs and a cat, so it helps having them, but they know something is wrong and that our male isn't coming back. They are all sad too as they aren't as playful or acting like they use to. But it's been a week and things are getting better, so given time, I'm sure things will be back to normal.

He was one of a kind though and will be missed.

Sorry to hear of your loss. Kinda like losing a member of the family. Glad things are getting better.
