I might not be able to play as well as I normally do for the next few weeks as I have a splint on my left hand. It is nothing serious, just trying to get rid of a ganglionic cyst on my left wrist and this was one of the suggested treatments, and the safest/easiest for the time being. I have to have it on for about 6-8 weeks to see if it helps, and if not the next option would be just to drain it but there is still something like a 58% chance it'll come back.
I might just have to live with it as it really is nothing more than an eye sore, but I still worry about it, hence the splint.
So if you thought I sucked before, wait till you see me try to play with this splint on.

The brace is just to help limit my movement to see if it helps force the fluid back to its normal area. Like I said though, no matter what option I take, there is always a chance it'll come back, most people just tend to live with it, it seems.

Problem with joining scavenge/survival games.
Ok, here's the problem - When i try to join scavenge or survival games it asks me to download add-on, when i click to start downloading that add-on it just sends me to "http://store.steampowered.com/". And the strange thing is that, it asks me to download it for an official L4D maps, for example no mercy rooftop map for scavenge game. And another strange thing is that, i can join some servers via server browser and play normally that scavenge or survival game, but most of the servers still asks me to download add-on.
I tried validating game files, but still nothing.

oh... ouch... no. That's probably not your best bet. I looked for your particular issue and didn't find anything obvious. I think your best bet would be to ask on the steam forums if verifying game cache didn't help.
You might wind up having to reinstall anyway. In the future, once you get a game installed, you should back up that game directory. Then, since your internet speed is pretty slow, you won't have to download it again. Just copy over the backed up game directory.
