Thread: Hurray my new computer is here!!!

I got it last night. I pulled it out of the box and checked it out. I then installed the second vid card I had and then spent the whole night downloading games and patches for the games. I still need to download COD4 and patch it(really sucks they don't keep your stats like the BF series does). I will have to figure out how to transfer them or start all over again. So maybe I will see all of you on the server Monday evening.

I will have to hook the old one back up first then I can. Thinking of being an indian giver and keeping the old one also instead of giving it to my wife. She probably wont use it anyway and now she has a new laptop from work. I can hook it back up to the original 19" flatscreen and plain keyboard and mouse. I need to get me a bigger desk first thou.

The new computer does run about 20 degrees hotter than the old one but I guess that should be expected with the bigger vid cards. It is a whole lot faster than the old one was. I can't wait to get into a game with it.

Hello I have literally just bought Left 4 Dead 2 and whenever I try to join a server an error comes up saying:

Connection Blocked:
Please remove '-insecure' from the launch options before attempting to connect to a VAC secured server.

I checked my launch options and nothing appears there.
Please help!
