Thread: Scrim?

Hey guys whats up? I was wondering if ya'll would be interested in scrimming with my clan. We're fairly new, I actually just joined them a couple of weeks ago. None of them have played on ttp before, so they're still getting down the idea of teamplay, most of them usually play deathmatch and other maps that aren't teamplay oriented. I'm one of the leaders of the clan already, and that's because I make calls and try and lead, stuff I picked up here at TTP. So just let me know what ya'll think....thanks.

Well before we get into any details, what game are you guys interested in scrimming us in?

It would be in CS:S as thats our primary game. If we did end up scrimming, my clan leader would also want to learn things that wold benefit our clan as well...which would mean switching teams up a bit.

Basically, we agree to do the scrim with you guys, but I cannot play tonight until like 12:30 CST.
Sunday/Monday works well.

I suggest we play de_cpl_mill and de_season. These are good balanced maps for new scrim teams to learn. Both have been in CAL rotation before.

I would suggest scrimming on mill, inferno, and nuke.

season, while a balanced map, can contain some COMPLEX strategy.

Well, all the maps can have some complex strategy, but to be fairly successful in season requires a bit more than the others.
