Thread: still having issues

well the parts i had to add came in today and i throw them in and turned it on. started up like it was going to work fine.......then froze half through the loading stage on windows xp. i thought maybe the disk may be bad and tried using windows 7, again it froze. i decided to give the bios a look through see if i did something screwy (all i had done was change the date and time) but it freezes when i enter bios. ive cmos'd and done everything i can to try to fix it but it does the same thing everytime. even if i let it set for an 1hr (thinking heat may be the issue) and nothing. any ideas? ive had this on a few builds before but were easy fixes cant seem to fix this one.
