A different style of saag paneer served with a cashew-coconut-currant vegetable korma, cardamom-turmeric rice and fresh naan. The naan really came out this time.SmokenScion liked this post

We had cake and ice cream, too... The Indian food spread was enough work! But I make some mean ice cream, too.
And sorry I never got back about Pot Pie... Basically make a stew and dump into a pie or puff pastry shell.. meh... I don't really use recipes except the first time I make something; after that I just wing it each time.

Had some Chicken Shahi Korma, Mujadarra, and Kheer the other night. I recommend taking some of the Shahi Korma sauce and putting it over the Mujadarra. Soooooo good.
