Well I do work for a large corporation: Bon Appetit Management company. That was head cheese for 200 people... at my account we do produce on a large scale but we get to play with some of the finest ingredients and exotic dishes. I am really fortunate to work for this company and at an account with such demanding clients...

Bacon wrapped figs, maple glazed duck breast and all that!

Yea i work for a high end supermarket, we have all these great chefs and cooks yet we cant utilize our abilities because they wanna keep it low key i guess? but still provide quality foods? We get to fool around every now and then with certain programs that we have and events, but nothing that intense.
