So I got my grades in this morning.

79 on the final exam and a B+ for the course!

Cal 2 sucks. I had to take it twice. But I hear Cal 3 is actually an easier class.

Half the students in the Calc II I took dropped or failed.  In my opinion it is the hardest of the intro to Calc Series.

Calc III is really cool if you are a math geek.  Are you taking Calc III?  The CS curriculum I was in requires calc 1 through 4.  And 4, vector calc, is pretty cool too.


At the colleges I went to it was 100-95=A, 90-94=A-,89-87=B+, 86-83=B, 80-82=B-, etc...

That scale is pretty standard for universities I thought...

I had 95-100 A, 86-94 B, 79-85 C, 70-78 D, 69- F

He said he got a 79 on the final and his final grade for the course was a B+

The CS program I was in required Calc I-IV, Discrete Math 1 & 2, and Statistics. Very heavy on math. Probably the reason I dropped out of the CS program. MIS FTW! Business Math 1 & 2 and Accounting 1 & 2.
