Just wanted to apologize for not being around much recently.

I may be between contracts but I have a big race in three weeks and I have been training for 4 to 6 hours a day for the last two weeks.

It is a a relay called "The Hood to Coast" which is a run from Mt. Hood in the Cascade mountain range, to the Oregon coast. I will run three legs in 24 hours at 7 miles each...so 21 miles in 24 hours. Should be pretty cool and mostly uphill at 6000 feet! Wish me luck!

I will be jumping on the server tonight for an hour or so and tommorow for a couple... hopefully some this weekend but I will be doing some high altitude running to better train for this event also.

Focusing on that is more important but it would be nice to get to try and knife you again or play along side you. Last time we had a pretty good round, till one of us got switched. Anyways good luck with that and I'll see you there when you get some free time.
