    Silly Me

    Well last night I blew up my motherboard, changing an overclock setting when the cpu was busy. And due to obselesence I am essentially forced to upgrade $800 . Either that or spend 250 now just for a good motherboard and probably find out my CPU is cooked too.

    I should be back in action for the weekend maybe even by friday as the parts should arrive somtime tomorrow I just may not be able to pick them up until friday.

    Ah well important lesson learned never change settings on a loaded CPU and motherboard.

    Back now, replaced motherboard with Asus P5N-T Deluxe, CPU with Intel Core2 Quad Q9550 and picked up vista as well which I like so far.
