How to lose weight?
I started dieting on March 2. Today 2 month's later I am 33 pounds lighter. I feel great. I'm able to exercises much easier. When I started I thought I would reach my target weight sometime in August, now I think I will hit it in late June. I want to lose about 26 more pounds. I have weighed as much as 258. When I started dieting I weighed 244.4 today I weigh 211.4.

Congrats Sly. I look forward to hearing another update after you've lost the next 26 pounds.
A few years ago I dropped about thirty pounds after a period of eating like crap with my then girlfriend, now wife. Cutting out sugar drinks, snack food, and fast food is what really did it for me. I still have those from time to time, but they're definitely the exception to my regular eating.
