Thread: What to do!?

Well we will be there as guests of their govt so we will not be wandering tourist types. It is tough to chose as I have never gone far from the US. (Canada and the Carribean don't count) like how many chances will I get to go some where like that?

He's not going to Mexico and even if he was, he has a better chance of dying in a car accident than getting killed by the drug cartels there.

Just had an info session with one of the organizers of the trip. He said when he went and was in the capital he was accompanied by 3 police officers at all times. So he will not be taking us there but the other locations, ones that have ties to my school's Augustinian roots, were much better.

Their capital has something like 25% unemployment.

But yeah again as guests it would be bad for the Algerians to have something happen to us so we will be well protected if there was a need.
