    SoySoldier's Culinary Delight!-turmerictrail-table-5-jpg

At "The Turmeric Trail" culinary training. I made the savory-spicy creme of wheat and the lentil-cucumber salad. The rest is a black-eyed pea with greens, flaky stuffed bread, and a cashew-raisin rice pudding.

It was really good food and the chef was a master of regional Indian cuisine. I was with a group assigned to make these specific dishes... really would have liked to work with some more savories or some paneer; but out of five tables (you see table five, that's me and two other chefs) we got the lightest of the vegan/vegetarian fare.
