Thats what Sensei always said: "You punch them in the throat and smash their windpipe, they cannot breathe, the fight is over. ..." my favorite though was: "You tear out or squish one of their eye balls, they cannot see, the fight is over."

220 lbs, 7-9% body fat, with 26 years in mixed martial arts...wanna throw down?
220...hmmm...depends.... 26 years practicing what exactly?
26 years of traditional Okinawan Karate (Shorin/Goju Ryu) but I also did a little JKD, Kung Fu and Ju Jitsu on the side, about one to years each. I also did Capoeira for three years just to make my kicks pretty. It was actually the hardest training I ever had because it is basically gymnastics. I trained with the advanced students after six months because of my background in Karate and other styles; it is about useless as a real fighting art but your stamina, flexibility and ability to bust a move are significantly increased. But the best training I ever had was about five years of my various martial artist friends getting together a few times a week and beating the snot out of each other. I also went to a boxing gym for two years...not to compete, but just to get good at taking hits.

The fighting arts are the only sports I ever did besides running, cycling, swimming and resistance training.
I found this training film of soy back when he was really on his game
