Does jogging ever get easier?

Soy and the rest of you Guy's and Gal, Thanks for all of the pointers it has been very helpful.
After my run last night I woke with an excruciating pain in my foot, to where I didn't know if I wanted to try this again. After getting home from work and putting my running shoes on, I think I am going to give it another whirl.
Let you know how it goes.

You see that type behavior in the UFC a lot. Some guy gets knocked out, unconcious for a full minute or two (Bisping anybody?)... so they stand him up as the brain attempts to boot up, and the guy looks at the ref and asks....

1. Get on a treadmill.
2. Hook up the treadmill to a generator.
3. Produce electricity as you run
4. Get in shape and power a light bulb.

Don' waste your energy running on the road, you'll get run over.

That is what I have been running on Mouz.
I was able to get through three and a quarter miles tonight, and my foot so far feels allright.
I took Rangers advice and ran the last 4 minutes as fast as I could.

One time I was out biking on a trail outside my hometown. There was a place where it crossed this highway up in the hills. At this crossing there is a retaining wall you can get big air off of when you come down the hill. Anyway, we always jumped off this thing..no big deal right? Well this time I was out by myself and I casually sped down the hill and attempted my jump but I lost my line long enough to just flop over the wall and smash my chest, shoulders and face onto the asphalt...going fast enough to get some air (luckily I had a helmet on). I got severe road rash all over the right side of my face, tops of my hands, my chest and the front of my shoulders.
