    Does it happen when getting two channels through the same box (ie, recording one channel and watching another on same TV) or just in general when getting two channels (one TV is watching one, another in the house is watching another)?

    Draco I get it when I have two tv's on hd at the same time and it only affects the hd not the sd. I will also get it when I am recording hd and watching hd on the other channel. The AT&T guy was here today and after a lot of troubleshooting we narrowed it down to the cable connected to the pc.
