Iphone 4 finally!

I finally received my Phone 4 last night at the AT&T store. Just wanted to say it feels like a small brick but I am OK with the weight of it.
I was supposed to get it on the 24th but due to their screw up I didn't get it until last night the 29th. When I pre ordered it I wanted the 32gb phone but the girl rang up the 16gb, she then said it was to late to change it. After she went and talked to her manager she came back and told my wife and myself that they were going to swap it out with the 32 when they received the retail supply and that I would be charged for the 16gb price. She then claimed as I watched her enter a crap load of information that she was making the notes on my account so that who ever helped me when I picked it up would know what was going on. I got there last night and when they brought it out they said that I owed them $100.00 + tax to get the 32gb model.

After getting agitated and talking to the manager, I felt like they had me by the balls. Either I paid the difference or I took the 16gb it was up to me. I paid the $100.00 so that I could get out of there and not completely lose it.

I realize that it was not the persons fault that was helping me and apologized . They ended up giving me a $50.00 case but I still feel like I want to write someone a their cooperate office about this incident.

I don't know if I should.
