F-35 Coin

I got my F-35C first flight coin today. The F-35C is the Navy CV (Carrier Variant). Note: Dual wheels on the nose gear. WOO HOO!!

You're in Lancaster.....Is that Edwards? My Dad grew up near there......lots of stories about dynamiting the only road (at the time) going into the base, as well as crashing the gates (regularly) at the racetrack (can't remember the name, but I see it on TV all the time). My Grandmother was very close friends with Glennis Yeager as well.

And you fly F-35S ?!!! WOW!!!!!

The video looks like Carswell AFB in Ft Worth. I recognize the buildings in the background. It's where they make the F-35's (well next door anyways) so it makes sense.
