After reviewing your psychostats, we notice that you are a very big AWPer. We do not like the overuse of sniper rifles in our clan. We promote rushing and teamplay. We also notice that you have a very nice stat rating that is mostly derived from your sniping ability, which indicates your lack of teamplay. Mafia and I just wanted to give you a heads up, in case u wanted to join another clan on our wonderful server. And remember, you need at least 20 hrs of gameplay to be considered. We appreciate your interest.

I Dont think that is possible, at least not that ive seen so far in the console commands
