Thread: Maybe Gonzo?

Well I would like to join this clan here. Out of all the people I play with, Killers always seems to stick out in my mind. So I thought I should aim high!

I was heavy into CS in college, and then CSS. Got turned onto TF2 and havent looked back. I enjoy CSS, but now that I am a reservist at TTP I doubt I will play it much, unless needed to, and am willing to.

Hey Gonzo. First of all, thanks for showing interest in joining our clan. Teamplayers like you make tf2 and gaming in general fun. However, we are first and foremost a cs:s clan. Not only that, but we require a certain amount of hours of cs:s (~20hrs I think) to even be considered. For now, if you are still serious about applying, put in some hours in the cs:s servers. Try to join when there are other killers around; so we can get an idea of your skills, leadership, and teamplay. I know you said that it's been a while since you've played cs, but don't be afraid to make some calls every now and then. Besides cs:s, we also want you to be an active member of the ttp community and be able to play well with others (basically show some maturity). You could be a cal i player with some incredible skill but we won't accept you if you're inactive in ttp and/or hated by others. Luckily you meet those standards. Let's put your application on hold until you dedicate more hours in cs:s to show us what you got. Until then, keep fragging.

Thanks for the reply K. I used to play cal-im CS 1.5. Played a little O CS:S. I will go brush my skills in the GG server and then try my hand at CS:S again. I can not guarantee that I will get back into it, so in other words; thank you, but I have a lot of other commitments ATM. Things are looking to change in the next month or two so if I am able I will try to get my skills up to par again.
