Here's the thing about EVE...

There are anywhere from 40,000 people playing on the same server at any given time. Only about 1/1000th of those people show true leadership potential. The rest are followers looking for other people to tell them how to play the game right.

The man that figures out how to inspire the masses with something like say... teamplay... would rule, quite literally... the universe. That's when the game gets fun. The rest of the time it's mindless, boring and repetitive.

Imagine if TTP were an alliance... *shudders*

He just can't afford to find another time sink like EVE would be. He has enough on his plate already. But knowing Big, he'd love this game because without teamwork your are literally nothing. And with a team, you can conquer anyone. Anyone.

We are putting together quite a few TTPers in ONIN. Maybe once we grow some we can move close to the cool kids like Ranger and Cop and have a TTP domination, er I mean alliance.

If we had enough people, we could put each of you in a paper mache ship, for about 200k per person (chump change in EVE), and annhiliate fleets of ships worth Billions and Billions of ISK. Hell... we might even crash the server with the number of people TTP could field on any given day.

In fact, the devs ask that if you know you'll be flying in large fleets, that you contact them and let 'em know so they can allocated more server side resources. Few very alliances can do this. And TTP could do it overnight if the registered players here started accounts.

Fucking. Ridiculous.
