Cybernetics is only valuable if you have the coin to pony up and buy the implants. If not, then it's a time sink.

Learning to V...

Then all learning skills to V (if you can wait that long), with the exception of Charisma skills. Those are, well... pointless unless you're gonna start training Trade skills, which seems like a waste of time for a PVPer. However, now that CCP allows you to remap your attributes once a year, it might be nice to put those Charisma skills into other categories.

So... forget what I just said about not training Charisma.

Well Mr smarty, what if I told you I already have +4s in the waiting, so that is why Cybernetics goes to 4? :P

I just need to figure out what to do after all the learning.

Yeah....people don't hand those out cheap. Someone made a offer in all seriousness once that if I gave them a blow job in RL they would give me one........was very tempted, I really wanted that cybernetic piece.
