This is what I came up with in EFT. The DPS is 270 with my skills - not great, but whatever. Hits from out to 160 km, don't have the best missle projection skills.
resistences are 69/87/81/69 (shield obviously) with 5555 shield HP. Goes 1274 (1734 overheated) 32k EHP.

Also, with Fury missles, I get 331 DPS.

This any good for a cerb?

Not qualified to give an opinion on caldari...but sounds like you have a real sniper there.

Not bad, but I would drop the EM rig for another Hydraulic Bay Thruster. Speed and dps is what is going to save you, not necessarily your tank.
