Too much time? Lol, I just spent 25 days training up Advanced Weapon Upgrades to V, and it's worth every minute. It lets me fit a complete T2 fleet BS with lovely tachyon beams.

Yeah, but the skills that you are wanting me to train will take 16 days...for a 5% CPU and powergrid upgrade...why waste 16 days for something that will barely do anything for me. I have more important things to train up for now, but if I ever have the free time I will train them up.

Also...I'm an idiot.

The reason I can't fit everything is because I don't have the skills needed to even be able to fit a lot of these set ups. Right now I just updated EFT and I can handle my current fitting in the CPU area. I have about 15 more days of different skills and by then I'm sure I'll be able to handle the powergrid needs.
