In RL I work with the public. The percentage of people who are unable to be of use in a co-op situation for one reason or another is probably in the region of 20%.
Unfortunately, on the internet that percentage is considerably higher, partially I believe due to the anonymity factor.

Just play with friends, or people you have played with before.

as much as i love the HR, even i know of its limitations.
HR is effective regardless of any difficulty, yet i agree with kagato.
why use a HR in enclosed, cqc areas when a shotty/auto shotty gets the job done and then some....especially in NM's campaign.

Wow, I am very surprised. Are you a PC user or Xbox user? I am an Xbox user and play nothing but Expert (and vs). I already have my expert achievments, in fact every achievment I get is on expert. I only need untouchables and a couple others (43/50) and I am done.

With that said, I never have trouble finding people that can play this game, keep up with me and many times, outperform me. I often find myself taking orders from someone else on my team (vs, not really in campain). Very strange. almost everyone I encounter can play this game and play it well.
