Thread: who am I?

I thought that since you guys might consider letting me join up with you the least i can do is tell you who i am and what i do,My name is shawn i live in augusta GA (man it's hot as hell here too ) I work for UPS (no i'm not a driver) i'm a mechanic, i work on there jets and there trucks and some other equipment,I love flying i have 77 hours flying but dont have a license (YET) In fact i love flying so much that i have a $5000 simulator at my house LOL, plus i fly giant scale RC airplanes and helicopters, when i say giant scale i mean huge airplanes, there around 40% the size of the real ones 18 hp gas engines under the hood, i have videos i can post if anyone wants to see the airplanes, you can also see some of my planes here---------> http://www.rcuniverse.com/community/...y&memid=124075 not sure if it will let you see it without being login i also am building a website for our flight simming guys (witch i better get my butt over there and say high to, been playin bf2 too much :P) www.aviation-simming.com , oh yeah i hunt and saltwater fish alot too,anyway thats me and what i do..cya later

Cool stuff man. I used to fly RC when I was younger. I got out of it because I was an Army brat and every time we moved my plane got cracked up in shipping. I still go to the local RC field and watch once a year or so.

We have a couple of flight sim guys on the server. This Christmas I plan on getting a new PC and FS10. Maybe we can get online and do some flying.

Don't talk about saltwater fishing. You'll make me quit my job and head to the coast. That would piss my old lady off like ten.

Nice, I have a nitro powered RC truck that can go pretty fast but never got an aircraft.

I love me some flight sim. Me and some buddys fly here especially some bush Alaskan runways and the like.

If you get some FS10 bacon let me know I will hook up with ya.

if you get FS10 i would love to have you come on my server and fly with me, you will have a blast if your into flying, your welcome anytime

damn man you sound like my dad, you guys should go bowling or somethin. hah. He's got suckoys and all kinds of rc shit. Expensive is all i know. He loves it so much it annoys me and steers me away from it. Saltwater fishing to, he dragged me everytime he went when i was a boy. Fuck i hated it. Corpus Texas here and its hot here to man. I work on aircraft as well, Except I paint them. Army, Navy , well all helicopters I should say.
