So I formatted my laptop yesterday and installed a fresh L4D this morning, still no difference...
I inlcuded my 'new' dxdiag.txt, maybe there's something useful in there.

ps. you can find my video card in the dxdiag.txt, when I go to ATI for new drivers, I can't find my videocard in the list of cards, there's no Mobility Radeon HD 2300 to be found... Doesn't ATI have some sort of program that automatically checks if I have the latest drivers?

Well... I fixed it...
I am a little ashamed, but this is how:
I always had trouble downloading new drivers, because I couldn't find them on support.ati.com, my Videocard simply wasn't in the list...
Now, I found out (yes, shame on me) that I can download all driver for laptop (Acer) from acer.com, they have a list of all I need on their site.

So, installing new drivers just fixed the problem, I had no clue I could only find new drivers for some of my laptops internals on acer... I still find it strange why ATI doesn't have those drivers on their site... but hey, it's fixed
