As much as I'd like to lead, I don't, cause if you need something done right you need to do it yourself. Therefore I'm a lone wolf.

Its not about being smart enough or needing instructions.

The way i look at it. The smarter the team your playing against the more team leadership becomes important. Ya sure, when playing against poor teams your barely need any leadership. But against a good team. Someone needs to captain the ship or there will be problems.

Great players all have their own ways of wanting to do thing. And good leadership skills just keeps the team on the same page.

I don't really like leading. Although there will be some times where i choose to give out a few orders here and there, i'd rather have someone else call the shots.

I only ask two things from anyone who wants to lead. Watch my back, and listen to me when i say something.

Alot of people confuse being a leader with being a boss.

Boss's bark orders because they love being in control. A leader gives orders to keep the team safe, together and on the same page.
