Re: Happy Birthday to MoufRoof and w4jchosen!

Well, I won't be on tonight. At least not early anyways. My girl and I are going out. It seems I spend way too much time at home playing video games and neglecting my friends, so they want to take me out and punish me. Aaaah, Jagermeister. That devilishly friendly drink. I doubt I will be in any shape to play when I get home, so I will see you all tomorrow night. Thanks again for all the bday wishes and happy birthday to you Chosen! Love, peace, and chicken grease......Mouf.

    Worse movies of all time...

You ever go to the theater to see a movie or rent a movie that's so bad that you demanded your money back?

Last night I saw one of the most horrible horror flicks in recent memory; No Man's Land: The Rise of Reeker. I swear I could write a better movie in three hours after drinking a 5th of Jim Beam. This movie is so bad that I just had to look it up on imdb and expected a bunch of bad reviews...to my surprise a lot of people gave it a better than average review which only proves that most people must have short attention spans.

The acting and directing in this movie is not only horrible..it is stupid.

    Spoilers to come:

    1. Two minutes in to the movie a guy just stands in the middle of the road while another man attempting to run him over comes rolling towards him in a car in reverse. Any idiot would at least attempt jumping out of the way but apparently the thought never occurred to this drifter in the middle of Death Valley.

    2. Later on two cops have a pair of robbers at gun point who are attempting to leave in their get-away car. The robbers have one hostage held at gun point. The cops give a nod to each and you would expect them to either;

    a) Shoot the guy holding the girl hostage as they had a clean head shot on him.

    b) Slowly back away and allow them to leave with the hostage in the hopes of catching them later.

Instead one of the cops SURRENDERS HIS FIREARM to one of the bad guys and a fire fight ensues.

    3. One of the robbers runs from a cop by ducking in to a motel room WITH NO EXIT. He not only ran from an unarmed officer of the law...he was HOLDING A GUN the entire time he was running from the cop.

    4. Speaking of unarmed cops. Every cop in this movie had trouble holding on to their guns. One of them lost at least 3 handguns throughout the entire movie. One of them dropped his gun TWICE while attempting to arrest someone.

    5. A man handcuffed to a table saws his hand off to escape. Only to give himself up 2 minutes later to a police officer who dropped his gun twice.

    6. The Reeker (the one doing most of the killing) looked like a stop motion puppet.

    7. They "kill" the Reeker with a propane storage tank, a toilet for a delayed timer, a can of gas, and a lantern.

    8. There is a Native American in the movie who's last name is "Eaglestone" (very creative), upon meeting him for the first time the sheriff accuses him of begin drunk. He then tells the guy that he can't arrest him because he's broken no laws even though the man is making weapons from household objects right in front of him.

    9. In the credits the director apologizes to anyone who watched this film hoping that it was the cure for cancer. I'm not making this up.

Basically the entire movie felt like the director/writer kept writing himself in to a corner and was doing anything to get himself out of it. The acting was horrible, the direction was horrible, the music was generic and it basically failed on all points. Even someone expecting to see a B movie probably won't be able to sit through this one...and that's coming from a guy that likes Ed Wood flicks.

Avoid anything produced, written, or directed by this guy.

I could go on and on but this piece of shit doesn't deserve any more of my time.

So, whats some of the worse movies you've seen?
