well, because im an adolescent, and most of my friends, colleagues, and associates are as well, I cannot start a conversation about the war in the Middle East without someone saying something about CoD

Also, being the gun fanatic i am, I like to discuss weaponry. If I even mention any weapon that has even been considered to be put into a Call of Duty game, I get to listen to "ewww, thats a n00b gun", or "you use that? wow." or if I ask a single question about the inner workings about the weapon, they are completely dumbfounded.

Plus, I now get to hear about how the Russians are in a civil war between Loyalists and whatever the other CoD4 faction was. I honestly cannot have a decent conversation about the military without someone at least making a reference, or slight hint at CoD. I know, im being a hard@ss, but i dont really care.

It wasn't the Americans. It was the Loyalist Russians. I speculate they took them both to the Russian Hospital, and as MacTavish was obviously in better shape than Price was, He was released earlier, before the country turned completely Ultranationalist. That, or Price went on a one man op in Ultranationalist territory and was captured. That could explain him being in the Gulag.

Anyways, I never really liked Modern Warfare that much. It felt like to much flash, and not enough of the grittiness that modern soldiers tend to have. Then again, I am one of the few that loved World at War, and I have a special place in my heart for Rainbow Six Vegas, so my opinion for Modern Warfare 1 and 2 is invalid.
