i agree with you Stealth wth is going on? I got a feeling its a technical issue but if you've been waiting this long its gotta a serious issue because most problems are resolved within a 1 to 3 days period anyway i have no clue I just hope they get it fixed and will give people a date as to when the issue will be resolved because there will be a lot of irate customers if steam doesnt deliver for its users...

Scratch that, I just tried something...I revalidated my l4d1 files and its working now??

what is revalidate is it something that i could do if so how I believe right now anyway to fix this issue would be a blessing please enlighten me Stealth if you figured it out...

I think he means to validate the integrity of the game cache?

Go to your library. Right click on left 4 dead and choose properties. Go to the local files tab. Click on validate button.

This. thanks for clarifying this kanati as i was not clear in my original post.
