Anyone else not able to DL Cold Stream today?
I signed in this morning and saw a few of my gamer friends playing "Follow the Liter," so I knew VALVe must've come through (at laaast!) on releasing Cold Stream for us Xboxers, but when I tried to buy it for myself, I kept getting the "no available purchases at this time" notice, and I'd get kicked out of Marketplace & back to the L4D2 menu. I tried just going straight to the Marketplace from the dashboard, too, and while the maps for The Passing & The Sacrifice etc. are there, no Cold Stream. I'd assume I was just jumping the gun (I'm east coast), but the fact that fellow gamers from various parts of the planet are already playing it baffles me. (Another Canadian friend of mine also tried to d/l it a few minutes ago and got the same thing I did.)
So, while I await responses from my (now-offline) gamer friends as to how THEY got it, I thought I'd post here just to see if anyone had come across any news or tips. Google is telling me bupkus. Help? (And thank you in advance!)

Sup Ehch?
The update has been released (5mb download when you next play L4D2) but the maps (DLC!) haven't... Yet.
The update allowed people with the Passing to play all mutations, hence why you've seen friends playing Follow The Liter.
The DLC should be available at some point today...

You'll most likely see it here first; https://twitter.com/#!/l4ddev
Search for '@l4ddev' and you'll see (positive) tweets popping up as soon as it's available. For the moment, most people are asking questions like your OP.
The servers are totally borked at the moment too (after the update - it's done totally the opposite of what it was meant to! eep!), so if you want to play a mutation or whatever in the meantime, you'll have to host locally.
