I am sorry to hear that your father passed Scott. He is not struggling anymore and has left his mark o the earth by satisfying many customers and raising some wonderful kids and grandkids. Hope to be seeing you around the servers soon.

But you can take comfort in knowing that your father is in a better place and the memories that you shared will never leave you. I've lost a few great friends already, and it hurts like hell. I take solace, more than anything though, in the times I've shared with those who have gone, and the impression they've left on myself and all those in their lives. It makes many moments when I start dwelling on those who've gone too soon turn into smiles, and sometimes even fits of laughter combined with tears.

The smiles are there if you look for them.

Man I am sorry to hear that Scott. I hope you find peace in knowing that he is no longer uncomfortable. A thought for you ... Mourning someones death is a very generous act. It's a generous act because you share your love for that person with everyone else. It should comfort you to see the person you loved is missed by so many. Be fair with yourself, your friends and family. Let them see you mourn and don't try to hide it. It comforts them the same way.

Scott I am really sorry to hear about you the loss of your father. I know that is very tough. My prayers are definitely with you and your family during this time.
