Little Man's First T-Ball Practice

My son Ray (short for Raygan) is having his first practice tonight. He is 4 and we are all excited about it. I told him a little while ago don't forget t-ball practice is tonight. He replied yeah I know I'm pretty excited about it. He is excited about but I'm worried because he is super shy around people he doesn't know. We will see how it goes though. I will post some pics or video tonight or tomorrow. I just hope he has a great time. I played ball starting in the 1st grade and played thru school and played 2 years semi-pro. It was a blast.

He gets to learn the true values of a team player. We got him some bad ass cleets & glove/bat the other night. I'm fairly stoked about it.

Haha awesome BT. I'm sure it will go amazingly. I know I am looking forward to the day I get to watch my little man play sports.

First pratice wasn't too bad. You could tell he was nervous. He stood in one spot not making an effort to move at all for the first 20 mins. He's just very shy. Most of the other kids have been in daycare and around other kids. Raygan has only been around my sisters kid. So yeah not use to other kids yet. He did ok when paying attention.

Forgot the video camara, took a short video with wifes phone. She left it at pizza hut. Got to go pick it up in the morning. Go figure. Next practice thursday.

Bt. I am coaching my son and daughter.. Its awesome. I love tball and no nothing about it.. Its amazing what one year of school will do for raygan. Keenan was just like him. I started him at 3 playing tball and now he is all over the field and shit because of prek. I will post up some pictures. Or better yet just look up Rhyan Daugherty on facebook and I will add you as a friend

It was a great season. He did awesome after the season started and made some friends. I'm going to coach next year, should be some fun. Waiting on my wife to give me the card so I can post some pics on here. I will add you on FB, you will see something from Tim Pollard.

O yeah, he wants to play soccer so that starts in September. He also wants to play football but has to wait till he is 6. I guess he is going to do it all. Sounds like no gaming in my future, I will be spending all my time at the ball field.

Soccer is where its at, no need for anything else!

Organized sports are great though, glad to see your interest in coaching your son, should be some good time together!
