Thx for the feedback ranger. I don't mind helping new people learn the game , I get heart burn when regs continuously make the same mistake. As ive told frost , id love to teach people what I learned and how I play. With that being said I'm no pro but id be more than willing to review demos or offer feedback on mine , or coach people through games. I think its a fun game and could ne more fun if we spiced it up somehow.

Well, for me, the game is new. Before a couple weeks ago, I had never played VS, much less realism versus. Most of my hours in game were from playing the campaigns, which as you know, are nothing like versus. The learning curve has been steep because the guys playing know every little nook and cranny of every map, and know exactly how to mess up your world.

I still get really pathetic noob moments when we play a map I'm not familiar with.

For me, I like to know what the standard is before trying something new. I like having you guys call out the strats each time so that I can file that away under the "This is supposed to work if we all work together" category. Of course, depending on how the survivors play it, the type of SI on the board, and overall skill level of everyone, the permutations of each scenario are virtually limitless.

But more than anything, I'm a student of the game. I hope that in the near future, the tricks you guys use on me won't work much longer.

Then I will stalk you all, make a skin suit out of your corpses, and use your eyeballs for joojoo bees.

I wish more players thought like this. I see time and time again players not knowing where to hit with their SI, when the night before we played the same map and had an opportunity to hit from the same area. To all newer players, don't just think we are hitting in random areas. Like Ranger said, you should be seeing what spots work each and every time you play and putting it into your memory bank. So the next time you play, it will only take you a fraction of a second to get to the spot that works, instead of running around looking for a spawn and having BT yell at you.

Ranger I don't even have you on my friends list. Soon you will be getting spammed for L4D2 games and wish you wouldn't have accepted my friend request. Ask everyone else
