ordered the first half of my pc upgrade tonight off newegg...

I ended up going Intel core i7-2600k 3.4 GHz quad core CPU with an ASRock p67 extreme 4 mobo (suprisingly amazing reviews on newegg for a brand I've never heard of)

next friday when I get paid again I will get the rest of my upgrade.

probably going with the Geforce GTX 570 GPU and 8GB DDR3 Corsair vengence chipset.
I already got in my current rig a 1KW powersupply and a CoolerMaster case bigger than my house! I r teh über happy

Well my ram should be here today. I installed all my new components already, just waiting on the ram to get here.

I got 16GB ddr3 corsair vengeance for $150

Hopefully I'll be able to join y'all in game tonight with my new rig

Hey, I checked out gskills ram on newegg and it was the same price. It might have been a few bucks cheaper, but at 16GB I would only have saved like $5. Corsair vengeance was only $150 for 16GB
