Well it'll be a few days yet before I get a quote. The Japan and Germany jobs are jobs that were forwarded for my interest by my current PM. He's going to give the regional PM's my resume and they'll either say yes, give me an interview, or say "Psh."

Considering my last review and credentials, I'm actually OVERqualified for the Germany position but the last offer I got from Germany was in the mid-80's and I don't think they'll do me much better than that. It'll come down to some of the other benefits. If I stay with my current employer I get to keep my accumulated leave.

Well the first hard numbers are in. I've got a contract extension on the table that'll take me through the end of this September here in Kuwait, and the numbers are not nearly as bad as I thought they'd be. I've got about a week to think about it.
