I dont know how to make it, it took me forever to make the one I have right now D:

You don't have to make it. Just go to Option's profile click on his emblem and copy to your profile. Don't forget to remove the stars.

No, you just have to become a clan leader.

Option gets 3, I get 2 and Noobie gets 1.

So what you are telling me is, I need to take you and option out for some stars? :P

Is there an SOP on editing the shield if I can figure out how to copy it over? I cant find the option anywhere.

Just look on the right side. It has a list of all the layers used. Just x out the layers that say Star 4 and then to make it a little more centered you can move the eagle layers down a bit if you wish. Feel free to change colors for personalization. You will have to unlock the layer to play with it. MAKE SURE YOU SAVE BEFORE CLOSING!! As long as you have not saved the emblem will not get messed up so don't worry if you do something wrong.

Its finished now... I took a few creative liberties with the design but its basically the same :P
