OK, update on my missing status. I was not able to start last week because of weather, the excavator told me. I say BS he just got his ass overloaded and could not meet the deadline. I was supposed to start early last week then they pushed it off till Friday and then no one showed. They said they will definitely be there Tuesday morning and start the digging for my basement.

I have parts laying every where and forms stacked a mile high for the concrete just waiting for the hole in the ground. I chewed a little butt Friday when they did not show.

If this all goes as planned I may be missing in the evenings for a couple of weeks depending on if I take some vacation to get this finished quickly. Even then I may be so wore out that I may just come in and go to bed, but I will check in on the forums as much as possible.

Mmmmm.....got to sneek in a couple hours of gaming tonight. Wow, it was an awesome night! Had some good rounds with a lot of the regs. Blackgold squad led his little heart out and poor Broken was on the receiving end a few times. I think his squad kept meeting up with ours.

Before that Pyro's squad was the best fun I have had on Wake Island yet. We must have took out 10 gunships and 15 transports. The whole squad was loaded with SAAW's at one point. Laggy would have been proud.

Well thanks B., it's nice to know that I am missed. I have played two nights since the start of the project. I am still able to keep up with the forums at work though.

As far as the project goes. I have poured the concrete for the footings and the walls for my basement and now I am working on stairs and a storm shelter that will be enclosed in concrete. The contractor is supposed to be showing up next week to pour the floor.

It has been a rough couple of weeks and I now have a new respect for concrete finishers. The labor is intense especially when the concrete truck arrives. Another week and I will be done with my part of the job until the house shows up.
