i love foreclosures

Its probably infested with termites, has unseen cracks in the foundation, no insulation behind the drywall, 2x4 studs at 36 inch on centers, air conditioning doesn't work, was a prior crack house and is now haunted by U.S.Grant's ghost. :P

Just to name a few.

There are bargains out there, just need to know where to look. The thing I find about foreclosures is that if people don't care enough to pay their bills, often they dont care about taking care of the house either. Banged up drywall, broken tiles, stained carpet, etc. are common in the foreclosures I've come across.
