    Id just get a new NIC. Replacing the motherboard is a bigger hassle and NICs dont cost that much these days anyways.

    Agreed. Plus you'll be without your computer for a long time while the RMA occurs. You can get a NIC at a brick and mortar really cheap these days. I'd run down and get one and then you'll be up and running in an hour.
    Gaming, it's wuts for dinner :P
