Nice beast, some good sprawls there. If you're still able to wrestle (arm injury and all) I recommend keep going at it

Know how it can be though when an injury causes you not to be able to play the sport you love, had the same happen to me with lacrosse just last year :3. Only it was my leg, not my arm :P

But it's all good, I just play video games now lol

Don't get so high up on the guy when you're doing the half nelson...(assuming you'll wrestle again) if you adjust yourself and balance out you can tip him over farther. also if you're off balance doing that he can hook between your legs and flip you over and get you pinned quick. My best advice about wrestling is learn how to use momentum to your advantage, you can jack up a heavy ass guy if you know how to use physics like that.
