Requesting restoration after server lag causes severe loss.

Today while playing on the TPG Ark server I experienced one of the frequent lag spikes we experience on the server. This lag spike caused my death and the death of my Raptor which was not a tame, but a raptor that I spent 40 hours raising as a baby. I would really like to have this dinosaur replaced as it was the only thing I had worked on for days and a lag spike is a silly reason to lose it. Please let me know if this is something the admins can remedy.

Sorry this happened, but unfortunately there's nothing we can do to replace the dino.
