I put your guys version on my rented server today and the only issue I've seen so far is health and water are not going down at all, any help with this would be appreciated thanks!

Water and Food were removed from our version of the mission.

If you look at the changelog from previous versions, you will see that we removed it.

Ah I must of missed it when I was scanning the Change logs earlier, would there be anyway to re enable food and water? Otherwise I like your guy's version alot so far, only have one I haven't tried yet is Sa Matra's cause he's exclusive with his...
