So is acceleration kinda like the aim assist feature in some games on console. Maybe someone can clarify to me what it actually does. I know on quite a few console games I would turn aim assist off just cause I found it ruined my shots when I was trying to lead people. One game that sticks out the most for this was borderlands. I would always be trying to hit someone in a particular spot but the aim assist would move me back to center mass basically. Hated it.

Mouse acceleration is a setting in windows (control panel >> mouse) that makes your mouse cursor move faster the farther you drag it. Allows you to get from one edge of the screen to the other with only a small mouse movement. Unfortunately, with the precision you need to point at a target, there is a tendency to overshoot the aiming on the target and have to move your mouse back to get on target. This takes time, and is less precise. Downside is mouse movement out of game is a pain. But I now run a dedicated gaming rig, so it's ok for me.

So you have to turn it off within windows, I though there was a option in ARMA 3 settings? I think I might be able to toggle it to the scroll wheel on my mouse. I was messing around with customization options on it last night and remembered seeing something like this.

Do you ever have problems with them producing sound correctly (bunni's thread about headsets describes what I mean with the G35s)?
