All hands on deck
TPG host 2 full Arma3 servers with little or no admin participation. The full version releases on Sept 12. We need admin help. I see many players putting in time non non TPG servers playing what ever version of Arma. We have 2 full servers on Arma 3 (this is the latest if didn't know) that need attention. That is 50 of 50. Like 2.5 is up to date. In the end there will be various versions of Arma3 hosted by TPG if we get the admin participation at this crucial time. Don't get me wrong I love nostalgia but it doesn't fill servers. No way earlier versions can be any funner than whats new and exciting. I implore as many as possible to get involved as admins we need the help. Its what will make the difference. Its really going to take those who spend many hours gaming to get involved. This is not a priming issue. Our regs need help maintaining control.

Re: All hands on deck
I'm new to ARMA and I haven't gotten into a game like I have ARMA3 since BF2 in 2005. I was an active admin for CoD:MW and I was a pathetic admin at BF3. I've worried that my lackluster performance as a BF3 admin is worthy of self-invalidation for other admin positions. My concern is that I won't be able to put the time into forum monkeying and priming.
I wasn't aware that TPG was going to host ARMA3 servers until very recently. After learning of this I researched the game a little bit and then purchased the Beta. So far the game is totally engrossing and is pretty much exactly what I had hoped Project Reality would be. I would say I'm about 30%-50% up the learning curve and I have a lot more to go.
How soon do we need admins and what game types are we hosting? So far I've only been able to enjoy the CO-OP game mode because it requires very little intimate knowledge of the game mechanics beyond what is taught in the tutorials. I've tried Wasteland a couple of times and I find it confusing and frustrating. No doubt that frustration is due to being completely lost in regards to my objective and the basic game play.
I'm going to browse the forums a bit today and try to watch a few Youtube videos that explain the different game types and their objectives. After I'm up to speed on the game mechanics I will most likely apply for an admin position.

Re: All hands on deck
Puppy, we currently host 2 Wasteland Mission servers. As for your other questions we need admins right now so post up here - http://www.teamplayergaming.com/arma...n-signups.html.
Don't worry about the learning curve since there are ususally several regulars on the server. Just hop on TS in one of the ARMA 3 channels and you can usually find a group. Now is the time to learn since the full release of the game is coming soon. The objective is whatever you or your group wants it to be since it is an open sandbox game. You can lone wolf it as an independent or join Blufor or Opfor and help them complete objectives, build and defend bases, or a combination of both.

Re: All hands on deck
I don't mind helping you guys out with this if you would have me. Ever since I have found the TPG servers it has been the only one I have played on due to the people and the server running smoothly (usually :P) so if I can help in any way I would like to. I did just recently started school again and I'm currently taking a pretty heavy load this semester but I still play when I get the chance. I'm trying to post more in the forums but I only play Arma 3 really and the Arma 3 forum isnt the most active from what I have seen as well as schooling / working keeps my posts kind of minimal.
