    Anyone with Altis frame rate issues and a 32 bit OS:


    • 32 bit OS users (especially with 2 GB of RAM) may experience low FPS on Altis island. Check this post for a potential work-around.

    v0.9b sent to Hub for deployment.

    I apologize once again for the delays, all of the team including myself is busy with RL stuff, so we don't have a lot of time on our hands to work on the mission. A couple issues arose earlier this week, like that the FPS fix I devised caused vehicles to randomly disappear and other stuff, but most problems have been resolved now.

    v0.9 is a pre-release, so it's not entirely complete, but most of the stuff is in there. The main things that will be added in v1 are a complete UI redesign, courtesy of KoS, more config options for server owners, and vehicle spawns outside of towns to reduce the suicide rate linked to flat tires.

    I have deployed Altis v0.9 on the Atlanta box for now and disabled the ArmA server on the Dallas box...

    I will get everything up and going in a min. It's Taco Bell time right now.

    Where?

    The Dallas box #2 is turned off right now. Altis is on #1 and it shows Altis in my browser.

    Ohh, thats nice!!!! To bad the culsterf@ck of a friday update made PhysX3_x86.dll tweaking out something fierce and crashing the game...

    Yeah, is there anything client side for that yet? I started twitching last night for lack of Arma. Doctors think it's almost as serious as the time I needed more cowbell.

    I know about the issue but I played for several hours last night with no issues.
