Thread: Joystick troubles for ARMA 3

So I recently tried setting up my Logitech Extreme 3D Pro Joystick for ARMA 3 when I ran into a problem. For some reason the y and x axis doesn't get recognized by the game. I have used it without any problems in Planetside 2 and Battlefield 3 but for some reason in ARMA it just wont recognize it. Everything else works fine in game except those two. When I went to test it just to make sure something hadn't messed up w/ my joystick it ran perfectly fine showing a full range of motion on the y and x axis. If anyone could help with this I would be greatly appreciative.

I had a joystick on ARMA II that worked OK

I have that same joystick and mine works fine. Try disabling it and re enabling it in the option menu. double check control setting in arma and maybe try making a new profile just to rule out wrong settings?

Thanks for the suggestions. I have tried everything u suggested but still no avail. For some reason it just acts as if moving the joystick does nothing when on every other game I try it on it works fine and in the test for the joystick itself it shows a full range of movement.
