    Possible new ammo system for Breaking Point

    So they are looking for feedback on the potential modification of the current ammo system. It seems a bit more complicated, but also a bit more realistic. I don't think it would impact our team much as we are pretty tactical and think things out before rushing in for the most part.

    Big patch just got released, I wonder if they released this in it? As soon as the dang thing downloads I guess I will find out...

    • Fixed: penetration walls/trees/bushes - Thirsk/New Haven
    • Fixed: falling down objects - Thirsk/New Haven
    • Improved: Spawn Selection Screens.
    • Fixed: Loading Screen white boarder on backgrounds.
    • Fixed: Ghosting timer not working correctly.
    • Note: This patch is big because we restructured a lot of
      map assets to support new things on new haven.

    Well looky here, does this mean we can build things now with this latest update? Oh, time to go see.

    ...and to everyone who hasn't been playing. I really could have used your help the other night when being chased by a stryder at the north island lumber mill.


    • New: Safehouse / Havens / Lockable Houses and related Buildables.
    • New: Custom Mission Framework Support.
    • New: Gladiator Mission Type.
    • Increased: Storage Objects Limit / House Object Limit
    • Changed: Faction Point Calculation on small maps to instead use 50% ratio of normal point rate.
    • Fixed: Storage Objects not preserving height on build / restart.

    So more inof on the "havens". You must find a blue print to create a haven lock and once you have the materials you find one of the support buildings that can be locked and enter the building. Once inside your building of choice you craft your haven lock and that building becomes locked to a passcode that you create. So there isn't any new base building but you can now lock down an existing structure.

    Also, there are blue prints for haven crates that can be placed within your building and will auto lock to your passcode. I think this is a great add on to the map so now we must go find a haven lock blue print and see how much stuff we will need. The link below has a link to all the "lockable" buildings. (**note 1 building per player per map can be locked, still waiting to see if it is a per server map or per map type)
